That's amazing how far off center the nut pattern is in the second picture. You would think that would be noticeable if you spun the wheel while on a jack.
As long as the hub and wheel center hole are in good shape, the nuts can only be misaligned with the bolt holes on the same concentric circle, so there’d be nothing to notice when it spins.
