Truck rims question, are these rims basically the same?

Can’t tell from the picture which way they’re “off”. It’s unlikely it’s in the direction (radially?) that would make it be out of round and cause a lope as it goes across the ground.

Hub pilot wheels will always have some room to spin slightly on the hub before the studs come up against the side of the holes in the rim. That’s unless they’re tightened enough that they cannot slip at all. That one might have run a little loose at some point in its life!
