Does anybody know how the DOT views a semi tractor pulling farm implements? Any different than a pickup? I have farm plates but no CDL. Supposed to stay in that 100 or 150 mile radius whatever it is.
You really should have gotten your CDL last year before rule change. I think I pay $8 a year to keep it? Likely less. I have had it twice a Deputy looks over my load when I am pulled over to check things. “You got a CDL?” I say “yes”. They drive off. Plus if I am 40 miles too far. Still almost legal. (Last medical 6 yrs expired) |
