| I would be careful about installing the heater as pictured.
The hose attached to the top port of a tank heater should only go up as it attaches to the engine. That loop will severely limit the circulation of warm water since warm rises. That may be why the poster ruined the first heater very soon after installation.
It may help to put a short 90 degree elbow screwed into the engine and attach the hose to that to limit any fall of the hot water path.
