That is a piece of a Halloween costume that ended up at our office somehow years ago. It vanishes for a bit, and then you will open a cabinet, a bowl of fruit, potato chips bags, toolboxes, a bathroom drawer, or the fridge, and it will scare someone all over again. One time it was sent home after a dinner function in a basket of leftovers to my very pregnant daughter in law. I think it might have caused her to start labor early!
No one knows who is behind the shenanigans...........
