I've got a 2022 Ford pickup that I'm planning on keeping for quite a few years.  Do you think the newer ones with aluminum bodies still need to be rustproofed?  I've got a 1988 pickup that had a Ziebart treatment when it was new and it is still almost rust free and have a 1997 pickup that was never rust proofed and it's a rusted mess.  The 97 was probably driven a lot more on the salty winter roads here than the 88 was but there is still a huge difference.

   Just wondering what everyone thought about a Ziebart treatment or some other treatment to help prevent rust on newer pickups.
