Pulled a Brent 976 that far... Golf balls in the tires, clevis hitch as mentioned, also go to local tractor store and get a top link ball to take up more slack in hitch... 2 lane roads most of the bounce and jerk will come from shoulder... 4 lane we was traveling normal speed limit just fine...
