Ron is probably correct but me being a bit less professional,, take off glow plug electric supply lines,,,be sure it does not have any intake heater,, run that sucker on a bit of starting fluid,,IMO it will then run but rather rough for a bit,, I don’t know much ,,, here the diesel fuel would not turn to crap and gum things up in 10 years,, other places IDK
