Not bad. They are very rebuildable. Might be about due for a new cage if it hasn't already had one. Otherwise, general wear items.


I have seen cages go over 5K separator hours in our conditions, so where the machine was used makes a difference as well. Normally, you never wear out the cage in a Gleaner here, a rogue rock gets you a new one at some point.


Look at the machine, the R65/R75 has a lot of heavier wear items than the older R2's, like feed floor, bin floors, etc. We have yet to wear out a bin floor in an R65 or newer, but replace them regularly in the R2's with the R5 version. Depending on what year, there are even better parts on some of the 2008 R5's as well.

You can tell what has been replaced on older machines because it's normally gray parts, but on 2006 and newer you can't tell anymore LOL
