It is a big "walker". There is a big but short extension cord that connects the overhead power line to the machine. they keep building power line as the machine moves at work.
For the move, I wonder if they followed the machine with a big genset or if they quickly cobbled overhead lines ?
Overhead line would be tough with the frozen ground and snow.
