Back in the early '60s we used to run an unload auger on the bin with a WC Allis belt pulley running a long v-belt. Probably came off of a combine somewhere.
V-belt on the flat pulley worked fine. Be careful tightening the belt so you don't put too much tension on the onload auger under the bin. Your engine can run at an idle & handle the load.
