dont they begin to shrivel by then? Seems if I buy a 5lb bag, if I dont eat them right away they are all shriveled up, with lots of sprouts in about a month.. Of course I dont keep them in ideal conditions, just a dark cabinet in the kitchen. Maybe its too warm? I eat so few potatoes anymore that a 5 lb bag can last me 2-3 months
