We butchered a heifer once that got really big waiting for a foundered one that was with it to get big enough. The heifer had an 1110 pound carcass and steaks big enough to cover a big plate. The foundered one had 600 pound carcass and small steaks with very little marbling, but we're tender and very tasty. The steaks from the big heifer were great too and marbled almost like waygu beef.

We just took two to the locker yesterday, a big steer that scanned a 17" loin and choice at the county fair and another one that looks like it's foundered, but actually has bad hooves because they got froze when he was a baby. Will be interesting to see how they turn out.
