Im not a serious fan of Detroit Lions, but they have been El-Stinko for so long its fun to actually see them "in the game" for a change. There is even a chance they may make the playoffs.
I dont see them anywhere near the superbowl, but they are going in the right direction.
My grandson is a fairly big fan (he's at the game with his mom), I kid him every year that I heard the Lions are going to the Superbowl, they even bought their end zone 'tickets' preseason.
They are playing better than usual, but I try not to get my hopes up, because of their known history of flopping. And never being to a Superbowl, without tickets. |
