 Thumb of Michigan | When boys were still home, would get 400-500# in the fall (preferably Pontiac Reds), store in the dirt floor part of basement, that still has the chalk markings on walls of the bushels of spuds my grandfather stored down there. Now, we don't put as many down there and it's almost impossible to find Pontiac Reds, they all seem to be Harlands now. | |
