I know some people don't or won't answer the phone if they don't recognize the caller or the number. I understand, however some medical facilities and other business's have a nurse or secretary call on that persons personal phone. I find it irritating that I get a call from a different area code or unknown person and get chastised for not receiving a message they've been trying to get hold of me when they don't use a phone with an i.d. related to them. Don't make your employee use their own phone for your business. I don't want to answer every call just to catch your call, especially when most calls are about Medicare supplements OR telling me some more lies about your candidate. |
