No, most beans don’t get bagged these days. I’m sure there’s a lot more corn that gets bagged for deer feeding and seed for planting too, but the vast majority of seed soybeans are marketed in 40 or 45 unit “totes” or pro boxes. Corn is done that way as well but not as much beans around here.

From what I’ve seen, you have the choice of a bag sewing type closure or a “fill through a vent” type bag that you just slip over the spout and hit the switch.

Neighbor of mine has a couple of bag fillers they keep busy bagging cleaned “deer corn” and roasted corn and soybeans for deer feed. Look into any regulations you might run afoul of before you get into the business. I know he stayed under the radar for a while but eventually had to do some labeling to satisfy the state department of agriculture. There’s a couple competitors that have popped up now that he’s built up the market. Not sure how lucrative it is but it looks good from the outside.
