Northern Illinois | We have had a dumpster on the farm for a long time. I would estimate 20+ years. We had what I would consider a local provider. Last year our local provider sold the business to a much larger disposal service that services a large area. In the introductory letter from old provider their letter thanked us for years of service and that the new provider had committed to keeping the monthly rate the same. All was good.
I just received a letter from the new provider that explained a couple new "fees" so they technically did not raise their rates. An 18% environmental fee and a fuel fee that at the current rate would be 24.41%. | |
