Interstate 35 North ia | Hard to tell for sure on your picture , but they look like hub pilot wheels to me , stud pilot wheels will have a beveled hole for the stud while a hub pilot will be a square hole for the stud , I will add a couple pictures shortly . Top picture is a beveled (stud pilot ) wheel .
