Both appear to be stud pilot rims, so other than the number of hand holes, they are equivalent.
Picture isn’t great but the hole sizes appear to be the same to me and I can see the bevel on the holes of the one with the 5 hand holes.
Hub pilot rims don’t have the bevel and the holes are smaller,
(both the lug stud holes and the center hole
) than a stud pilot rim.
