| Here, in Iowa, I have talked to the game warden and he said if there is someone on your property, hunting or during hunting season, and you don’t want them there call him and he will remove them and charge them with trespassing. He told me that hunting has different trespassing laws than non hunting. The property does not have to be posted to charge trespassing hunters. Otherwise, in Iowa, no trespassing needs to be posted at point of entry. This is what I’ve been told by the IDNR game warden and a county deputy. | |
