Central KS | Partly it depends how you write it. You could write a very restrictive easement that allows only a specific person to use it, and expressly denies future owners access.
Then the other half is that the new owner is going to be allowed access to his property one way or the other. And if there was an easement allowing one owner to cross your land, the judge will probably decide that it is most convenient and sensible to allow the new owner the same rights regardless of what your agreement said. | |
