Don’t know anything about the hoodie but I would leave it up to her which one.
I bought my wife a Milwaukee heated coat 5 or 6 years ago and I’m still getting points for that. She loves it. Originally was intended for soccer games when all 4 kids were playing in the fall but she wears it almost everywhere in the winter now.
