Yes. But who does that? My small operation I have a bunch. Big operations…
If new equipment to you. Make sure last guy didn’t drill, put 3 bolts to lock clutch direct.
Had a neighbor ruin his pto on snowblower. 9’ triple auger thing. Seems it was sloppy so bolts broke easy. He WELDED it. Yep bolts held.
I have a spreader bolts were sloppy. I drilled it out next size larger. Two bolts. Went common. I think I broke one set before I sold cattle.[/QUOTE

By the looks of that shaft and the fact that more than one got twisted not many people follow that procedure
