I know this because I’m on a county committee and we approved a bunch of these the other day. If my wife was part of the entity, would have got about 5x as much total $. You can also change your ethnicity and qualify. We have producers doing this that are 100% white. Gov can’t ask any questions or make you prove anything. The whole deal is bs.
