I've really only noticed a couple small glitches but I'm sure there have been some noticed by others that didn't effect me. Sometimes, another update has come out very close to the last one and I suspect the reason for that was a small glitch that they corrected. 
I shouldn't jinx myself, but sometime last summer, I did an update and the phantom braking I've complained about in the past, no longer happens. My wife reports that it's nice to be absent that particular trait. Can't say that I miss it either.
