Idk your location or situation, but would you be better off to move your setup 5+ miles away so the next generation isn’t dealing with this again in 20 years? Building a grain setup and home base/shop areas are expensive. Include a grain setup and all the gravel it take and utilities and add some fertilizer and fuel storage properly set up and it’s extremely costly. That is one of the largest financial gains some of my friends and farming peers have on me who are or have taken over an existing family operation rather than building their own “base”.
