Melancthon, Ontario | Ive been given the lecture about drinking more water by a lot of people. Stopped buying pop and juice. Fill up a jug in the morning and I dont get to go to bed until its empty. Best to make sure its empty a couple hours before bed haha.
I found at first all I did was pee, but then after a few weeks my system seemed to adjust and overall I feel better and have more energy. Dad scoffs at the notion, thinks you dont need to drink unless you're sweating. He has had his first kidney issue recently.... | |
