Wisconsin | Still very dry in this part of SW WI, there was rain so the grass is fine and growing again, but it dries up so fast you know there's nothing underneath. I said a while ago about the low Mississippi water levels and barge limits that the water would go up once the leaves come off the trees, don't know if that happened or not. There was a good storm in central WI and some small rivers were flooding for a day or so but I bet they went down fast and not enough area to move the gauge in St Louis. | |
