South Central MN | The solar cycle does seem to affect the weather somewhat but the earth also has other weather patterns and just depends how they line up.
The solar cycle we are in now is stronger than they had predicted, was just a few years ago they were calling for a solar minimum but that doesn't look to be the case.
Based on the chart I'd say '27 to '32 could be wetter where I am. Has been drier the past 3 years as the cycle increased, sort of makes sense. I just don't know if it would be dry for a 4th year in a row here though just seems like the odds are stacked against that.
