coast of Maine | There is research that your gut biome ,, certain types thrive on sugar and thus give your brain the signal to crave sweets.I do know once you stop sweet drinks and biome or brain is retrained (somehow) you lose that craving. My intakes ,,,No soda for many years(used to be a lot of Coke),low amounts of milk(once a week or so),coffee(way way too much maybe 6 cups), at evening meals,,unsweetened Ice tea( I,use quality tea ,Luizianne or Lipton bags) or H20 or Lime Spindrifts poured over cubes ,,seems like a gin/tonic,,,alcohol very rarely as it seems to make me semi retarded the next day.,,vacation its Ok.The quarts of home made Ice tea are best. | |
