I agree, I drug my wife’s grandfather’s 8n Ford home some 37 years ago. We went through it and repainted it, looked and ran like new. It’s due for another rebuild but I doubt it happens in my lifetime. We still use it on rare occasions, but for a 1952 model (we’re the same age) it’s still moving faster than me.
