20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | Sadly this is my typical day (I drink a lot)
Glass of milk in the morning
Glass of Water
Dr Pepper or coffee on the way out of the house
Water or Gatorade(sugar free) later on (sometimes both)
Soda or Sweet tea or a Spark (powdered think my wife gets me that supposedly has vitamin Ed and caffeine in it) usually with lunch
Water and a Gatorade in my cooler of the truck after lunch
Usually sneak in a pop or spark before I get home or for dinner if we are in the fields working.
Then water for dinner
Usually drink a glass of milk and some water after we put the kids to bed while we wind down before we go to bed.
(Yes I pee a lot during the day) |
