Coffee in the morning, then water the rest of the day.
Unless I eat out and they provide sodas, then I have a diet something, then back to water.
I’ll say this, if you have water with you and start drinking a little here and there you will pick up on drinking it. It’s kinda a learned response. Sounds like you need to learn it!
