NW IA | Water would be the answer. Some folks flavor it, but I know nothing about that.
A plausible argument that the Mountain Dew and fruit juice are making your problem much worse could also be made. And if the milk isn't full fat it could also be a problem.
Hydrating in a way that doesn't exacerbate the problem would be a place to start.
Would also mention, I'm no doctor, but guzzling "copious" amounts of water when you're not thirsty is not a great idea.
Tim Noakes book, "Waterlogged" is one I'd like to look into some day. He was an advisor to elite athletes/runners and changed his views on hydration.
