Ludington/Manistee MI area | Meant to be a serious question here. Dr thinks I need to basically double or more my fluid intake every day. She’s made a plausible argument what my lack of fluids is doing to me. Other than fruit juice, some milk and a can a day of Mt Dew a day nothing appeals to me. If I’m thirsty I drink but obviously my thirst isn’t matching my needs. Plain water just isn’t my thing. Or maybe the better question is how do you trick yourself into drinking copious amounts of fluids? |
