East of Broken Bow | I heard on the radio that the reporting station this side of Broken Bow now has above average moisture for the year.
However, 9 inches of that came in 12 hours, and almost 3 came in 5 hours a day or two before that. Considering almost 12 of the 25 inches recorded came so fast, I don't see how it can be considered nearing normal.
Basically, it is wet on top, but except for bottoms, there is little subsoil moisture. | |
