What needs done then? New bolt and bushing?
It wears the sleeve the bolt goes through. Then the bolt. Then the spring is sitting there in compression. They will fly forward and into a cab back glass. While that bolt/sleeve is wearing, it wears the fixture on the back of the spring mount that can be fixed only by replacing or welding in something
