Definitely having lines lifted is best option. Possibly they would set a taller temporary pole on one side of the drive to hold them up while you move all those bins. I think this would be cheaper than a crane or many of the other options. This is something that the power company should be able to estimate since the pole can stay there for days if needed, so the crew time for the install/removal of the temporary pole would be the same regardless.
