Most industrial kt’s have a sae “ 0” flywheel housing - the one in your truck is a sae 1 housing . Flywheel housings can be changed but be aware the need to be centered with a dial indicator and new dowel pins drilled - you’ll also need a clutch flywheel for the K . Finding a good big cam 855 or Mech N14 would be a lot easier swap and everything would bolt up correctly…..
