Bell housings are different.
KT is about 8” longer I think,.I had an extra kt and wanted to put it in a C500 that has a big cam and the KT was too long, I didn’t want to have to move the cab back and make a hood so I left the big cam in it.
The pt pump could probably be set to run  the KT,different fan gear on a gen set than a truck application too but the fan could just stay on.
Air compressor looks the same on both but I’m not sure on that.
