| I know of 2 possible ways. 6000 bu is 24’ diameter? Do you have a Donahue type trailer? Or a +24ft low trailer?
I have moved 3 21-24 ft bins by lifting roof, top 2 rings and split 3 rings up. Wide rings.
You set that on trailer you have widened. Double 2”x8”x 10’ front, rear. Then 12’ and 16’ to edges. Then bolt bin to short chains to trailer, winch/straps to hold it solid. I have gone over 80 miles loaded this way. Then brace across and lift bottom 3 rings. On trailer. (Ok often I took bottom rings apart as I used bin jacks. Nice thing I then could haul entire bin on my 32’ GN flatbed I one trip. )
The bottom 3 rings are easy compared to taking apart roof, putting together.
As suggested they could bury that section. At your expense
Or hire a sky crane copter. ;) | |
