It’s more than worth a call to see what the options are? Could he pay to bury the line over the road? Would that be cheaper than a few planned outages to move bins.
Or split bins in half even though the OP said he didn’t want to disassemble.
Honestly considering the age of bins and cost of moving it might just be cheaper to build a few less larger bins. Old bins on a new pad.
