Much of it has to do with "timing" -
Something one doesn't always know,
And can't do anything about it.
For instance, a farm bought in late summer, 1981
for $250/a on contract at 5% interest.
It was a drought year with below average yields.
Not much interest in those ole dry pinnacles.
Today that farm rents for $400/a.
Talk about a miracle blessing!!!!
