50 ish year cycle sorta follows the 50 year Jewish Shemitah cycle ( year of Jubilee) where debt is forgiven and so forth. Major bottoms in the 30's and the 80's have been common for 1000+ years.
Google 50 year long wave cycle. Land does not always keep going up. And it goes up and down, in cycles.
