The peak of a 50 year land cycle would be 2032 or so wouldn’t it?
(The 50 year cycle is purely based off of others research/beliefs)
that is why I asked where you thought we were on the cycle, 50 years is a long cycle for an industry that has changed more in 10 years than the last 100, on top of all the foreign money and cash fat farmers wanting in on more land ownership, top end land will always be in demand, the bottom 60% is what will cycle more based on farm economy and interest rates. |
