Pusher, if you have grippy z-pattern tracks. I think a floating pusher box like Virnig would be good for a farm. Atleast a rubber cutting edge. You can back drag pretty well with a pusher, but you can't get as close as you can with a bucket. Do your fine work with a dirt bucket, and push it the hell outta the way with the box. Could probably handle a 10' box if you have cold, dry snow. But you need traction.
