Just remember for many, wanting to stick their neck out, and being able to stick their neck out are two very different things.
Bingo......I saw this coming three years ago and tried to buy.....no one would sell (smart on them in hindsight too) and now I have no desire to purchase anything unless I'm currently renting it or I can see it from my front porch. Some of the larger farms near me that usually gobble up land are sitting on their hands too. 8% interest is a killer. |
