How many of us have purchased land with a poor ROI at the time and regretted buying it a few years down the road? To me, insanity, to use the word per the article, is not buying land solely on the ROI at that point in time. Land is a long term investment for most of us and should be looked at in terms of other factors besides ROI at the time of the opportunity to buy,
