East Central, Nebraska | maybe off topic but i don't get the outside interest. i fully understand a young farmer not caring about making a profit because they got the piece of land that they wanted or bought any piece of land to start building their farm to maybe trade that piece for something they really want down the road. what i cannot understand is the outside money coming in. if simple bank interest will yield an investor far more return why are they sticking their noses in this sector? i understand the article but cannot understand the non farmer/investor drive. | |
